HINTERHOLZ 8 - the Austrian box office hit of the last twenty
years, THE INHERITORS the internationally much acclaimed Alpine
western by Stefan Ruzowitzky or BLIND SPOT. HITLER’S SECRETARY
the enormously successful documentary by André Heller and Othmar
Schmiderer.
Further successes haven been co-productions like Comedian
Harmonists by Joseph Vilsmaier, SUNSHINE by Istvan Szabo,
GRIPSHOLM by Xavier Koller, or, with Dor Film being associate
producer, RED VIOLIN by François Girard.
Summing up shortly we have produced four of Austria’s Top Five
since 1981.

KURT STOCKER - Biography
1954 Born in Styria
1980 starts work as freelance social scientist
1982 Graduates with degree in psychology and educational theory
in Vienna.
1984 - 1994 Co-founder and head of the Institute for Cultural
Studies, editor of „Ikus Lectures“.
1991-2002 Co-founder and owner of the Vienna Incentive and Event
Marketing Agency
1992 - 1994 ARGE 95/96: works for Austrian Federal Government,
plans activities for the anniversaries „50 years Austrian
Republic“ and „Millenium“.
1995 joins DOR FILM
